Thank you for visiting my website. As a 35 year veteran police officer in Harris County, I have dedicated my life to protecting my community. As a retired captain with 32 years of experience working in the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office, I know the issues impacting our neighborhoods and businesses. My desire to run for public office is quite simple. I know firsthand the problems that need attention.

I seek the Office of Constable in order to improve communications and cooperation between local law enforcement agencies, to work with community members to boost security in our neighborhoods, to improve and streamline the procedure for mental health warrants, and to evaluate and enhance civil process. These issues have been ignored for too long, and I am not afraid to confront them and look for effective solutions.

My knowledge, commitment to the agency, and experience bring a seasoned and understanding approach to this position. As a woman, mother, grandmother, community advocate, and Latina, I bring a fresh and unique perspective to this office. It is time to change the status quo.
